The grey squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) is a widespread species across the United Kingdom, commonly found in parks, gardens, and woodland areas. Introduced from North America in the late 19th century, it has adapted successfully to a variety of environments. Grey squirrels are active foragers, often seen moving quickly across open ground as they search for food such as nuts, seeds, and other small items.
Two squirrels move low across a grassy lawn, their bodies stretched forward in a natural foraging posture. The nearer squirrel is in clearer focus, while a second sits slightly behind, softened by the shallow depth of field. Their bushy tails trail behind, adding a sense of motion, while the smooth green background keeps the composition simple and uncluttered.

Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
