Absolutely wonderful photo! I bought it for my grandson but my daughter loved it so much that we decided it would be a waste to put it on his bedroom wall. The quality and detail demands a place where everyone can see it. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for the quick delivery too! - Janet T., Sheffield
Squirrels mounted foamex print - lightweight, contemporary and available up to 24in x 16in.
With its centred composition and direct stance, grey squirrel creates a clean and engaging focal point suited to relaxed interiors. Ideal for kitchens, living spaces, or garden rooms, it pairs well with light, natural tones, adding a familiar and approachable wildlife presence.
The grey squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) is a common and highly adaptable species across the United Kingdom, frequently seen in parks, gardens, and woodland edges. Introduced from North America in the late 19th century, it has become well established, thriving in both rural and urban environments. Recognised by its bushy tail and alert, upright stance, it feeds on a varied diet of nuts, seeds, and other readily available food sources.
Facing forward, the squirrel sits upright on short grass, its front paws held close to its chest and its tail stretched out behind. The symmetrical stance gives a direct, almost inquisitive presence, while the soft grey fur contrasts against the vivid green background. A shallow depth of field keeps the setting simple and uncluttered, ensuring the focus remains on the animal’s posture and detail.
Enjoy a premium photographic print with three paper options, each designed to suit different lighting conditions and artistic preferences:
Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
