Brilliant customer service from the start with an easy website to navigate. Unfortunately when my order arrived the print was damaged, contacted Carol who sent another out for me straight away and kept me updated along the way. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you. - Kim S, Pontefract
Cornish Heritage mounted foamex print - lightweight, contemporary and available up to 30in x 20in.
Flowing water through moss-covered rock creates a dynamic and textured focal point suited to nature-led interiors. Ideal for living rooms, studies, or feature spaces, it pairs well with natural materials and muted tones, adding movement and depth.
The Kennall Vale Nature Reserve is a very well-hidden valley between Redruth and Falmouth, Cornwall. It was the site of the Kennall Vale gunpowder factory which started production about 1812 and supplied the local Cornish mines, employing about 50 men by 1850. When more sophisticated explosives came onto the market in the 1880s, the factory declined before closing in the early 1900s.
In May 1838 'Five mills blew up in succession, and part of a roof was found a mile from the premises. The reports were most terrific and created the greatest alarm over an extensive tract of country'. Amazingly only one man lost his life.
Water flows steadily through a rocky channel, moving around moss-covered stones and fallen leaves. The surrounding woodland rises on either side, with soft green tones filling the frame. The composition follows the movement of the stream, creating depth and direction through the scene.
Enjoy a premium photographic print with three paper options, each designed to suit different lighting conditions and artistic preferences:
Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
