Gulls mounted foamex print - lightweight, contemporary and available up to 30in x 20in.
Set against a soft coastal backdrop, this herring gull creates a clean and understated focal point suited to coastal or nature-led interiors. Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, or light-filled spaces, it pairs well with neutral tones and natural textures, adding a subtle seaside presence.
A friendly Herring Gull waiting to be fed at Portmellon, Cornwall.
These sharp-eyed scavengers are coastal icons, known for their loud, laughing calls and cleverness. Did you know they can drop shells from heights to crack them open?
In folklore, gulls are thought to carry the souls of lost sailors, guiding them home.
The herring gull (Larus argentatus) is a familiar coastal bird found across the UK, often seen along shorelines, cliffs, and harbours. Known for its adaptability, it feeds on a wide range of food sources and is well suited to both natural and urban environments. Its pale grey wings, white body, and yellow bill make it easily recognisable.
Perched on a rocky outcrop, the gull stands in profile with the sea softly blurred behind. The textured rock and low vegetation frame the bird, while the muted blue background keeps the focus on its form. The composition is simple and balanced, highlighting the clean lines and natural posture.
Enjoy a premium photographic print with three paper options, each designed to suit different lighting conditions and artistic preferences:
Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
