Gannets mounted foamex print - lightweight, contemporary and available up to 18in x 12in.
A gannet in flight over open water creates a clean and contemporary coastal focal point. The minimal tones and strong shape of the bird give the image a sense of space and calm, making it well suited to living rooms, bedrooms or modern interiors. A refined choice for those drawn to simple, natural seascapes.
A gannet flying over water following the Ullapool to Stornaway ferry, Scotland.
Gannets are among the most striking seabirds found around the coasts of the British Isles, known for their powerful flight and precision diving as they hunt for fish. Frequently seen along ferry routes and open stretches of sea, they are drawn to areas where currents and vessel movement bring food closer to the surface.
Gliding low above the calm surface, the bird’s wings are outstretched in a smooth, controlled motion as it tracks the water below. The soft blue tones of the sea create a minimal backdrop, while the distant shape on the water adds a subtle point of depth. The composition captures both movement and stillness in a clean, uncluttered scene.
Enjoy a premium photographic print with three paper options, each designed to suit different lighting conditions and artistic preferences:
Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.

Thank you so very much the mugs are really lovely and you have kept me informed how my order was doing right up to the delivery, your service is 1st class and I will be doing business with you again.
Absolutely wonderful photo! I bought it for my grandson but my daughter loved it so much that we decided it would be a waste to put it on his bedroom wall. The quality and detail demands a place where everyone can see it. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for the quick delivery too!
