Absolutely wonderful photo! I bought it for my grandson but my daughter loved it so much that we decided it would be a waste to put it on his bedroom wall. The quality and detail demands a place where everyone can see it. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for the quick delivery too! - Janet T., Sheffield
Illustrated Birds mounted foamex print - lightweight, contemporary and available up to 45in x 30in.
The rich earth tones and intricate feather detail make this illustration particularly well suited to wall art. Ideal for coastal homes, living rooms, home offices, or nature-inspired interiors, it brings warmth, character, and a contemporary celebration of Britain's shoreline wildlife.
The ruddy turnstone (Arenaria interpres) is a small, robust wading bird found along rocky coastlines, beaches, and estuaries throughout the UK, particularly during migration and winter. Its name comes from its habit of flipping over stones, shells, and seaweed with its short, sturdy bill in search of insects, crustaceans, and other small invertebrates. In its non-breeding plumage, it displays beautifully patterned brown upperparts, a white underside, and distinctive bright orange legs.
This original digital illustration portrays a ruddy turnstone standing in profile, showcasing its intricately patterned plumage and characteristic orange legs. Created using clean, contemporary shapes with layered colour and finely detailed feather work, the artwork captures the texture and distinctive markings of this charismatic shorebird in a modern illustrative style.
Enjoy a premium photographic print with three paper options, each designed to suit different lighting conditions and artistic preferences:
Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
