Portmellon is a small coastal village in Cornwall, known for its sheltered cove and quiet position along the south coast. Historically linked to fishing and coastal trade, the area is now characterised by its calm waters and open views across the sea. The surrounding headland and low buildings reflect the traditional Cornish coastline, shaped by both natural features and long-standing human activity.
Here, sea mist is rolling out to greet the sun, just after sunrise. The sky remains clear, allowing the colour gradient to move smoothly from warm tones near the horizon to cooler blues above. The composition is simple and open, emphasising light and space.

Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
