The absolute perfect image, promptly dispatched, swiftly received. Highly delighted customer. Thank you very much indeed Carol. - Julie D, Chelmsford
Ducks mounted foamex print - lightweight, contemporary and available up to 30in x 20in.
This pochard print will appeal to birdwatchers and those who favour calm waterside wildlife photography. Ideal for living rooms, studies or garden rooms with natural tones and relaxed décor, it complements interiors inspired by wetlands, countryside or nature reserves.
Meet the elegant red-crested pochard - or more specifically, the more understated but no less beautiful female of the species. While the males sport bold red beaks and dramatic crests, the females are more subtly coloured in warm browns and soft greys - perfect for blending in among reeds and water plants.
These freshwater ducks are commonly found in Europe and Asia, and they love a peaceful paddle across calm lakes and ponds. They're dabbling ducks, which means they feed mostly by tipping forward to nibble at plants just beneath the surface.
This little lady is headed straight for the camera - and your heart! Captured from the front as she gently swims across a green pond, the female red-crested pochard shows off her serene expression and beautiful soft markings. There's something intimate and endearing about this face-on view, as though she's gliding over to say hello.
Enjoy a premium photographic print with three paper options, each designed to suit different lighting conditions and artistic preferences:
Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
