The Hudson Bay wolf is a subspecies of the grey wolf (Canis lupus), native to the northern regions of Canada. Its pale, dense coat helps it withstand cold climates, while its social structure and cooperative hunting strategies allow it to thrive in challenging environments. These wolves are highly adaptable, moving across forests, tundra, and open landscapes.
Seen from an upward angle, the wolf’s head is tilted back with its mouth open, showing teeth and the dark interior of the jaw. The thick fur around the neck and shoulders appears dense and textured, while the softly blurred background keeps attention on the animal’s form. The framing gives a close, detailed view that emphasises both structure and expression.

Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.

Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
