Wensleydale is one of the most recognisable valleys in the Yorkshire Dales, shaped by rolling hills, dry stone walls, and open farmland. As winter begins, the first snowfall lightly covers the landscape, softening its contours and muting the usual tones of grass and earth. These early snows often arrive before the full depth of winter, creating a transitional scene where the land retains both autumn colour and a hint of seasonal change.
In this image, gentle hills are dusted with a thin layer of snow, while a small group of trees stands silhouetted along the ridge. Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
