Flamborough Head is known for its dramatic white chalk cliffs, which form one of the most striking coastal landscapes in East Yorkshire. These cliffs have been shaped over time by erosion from the North Sea, creating sheer faces and layered rock formations that extend along the coastline. The area is also important for wildlife, particularly seabirds that nest along the cliff edges.
In this image, the cliffs stretch into the distance, their pale faces contrasting with the darker tones of the sea below. The perspective looks south along the coastline, with the edge of the cliff dominating the foreground and receding into softer detail further along. The composition emphasises height and scale, while the textured water adds movement beneath the solid rock.

Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.

Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
