This stretch of coastline is shaped by constant erosion, forming arches, stacks, and layered cliff faces that reflect its geological history. The bay itself offers a quieter, more sheltered view compared to the more exposed sections of the headland.
The scene opens out across the bay, with chalk cliffs catching the late afternoon light as waves roll in below. The warm tones on the rock contrast with the cooler blues of the sea, while the curve of the coastline leads the eye into the distance. I'm absolutely made up with the print I received from Real World Art. I went for the Koi Carp image - It's very evocative and they've totally captured the serenity you feel watching Koi.
