A plasma ball contains a mix of noble gases sealed inside a glass sphere, with a high-voltage electrode at its centre. When electricity is applied, the gases ionise and form glowing plasma filaments that extend outward in constantly shifting patterns. These branching strands respond to electrical changes, creating a dynamic and fluid display. The concept behind the plasma lamp was originally developed by Nikola Tesla during his experiments with high-voltage energy.

Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
