I'm absolutely made up with the print I received from Real World Art. I went for the Koi Carp image - It's very evocative and they've totally captured the serenity you feel watching Koi. You can almost hear the babbling water! What's more, it's a top quality print, pin-sharp and looks great framed up. Couldn't recommend them any higher.. lovely to deal with.. thank you. - Dave H., Sheffield
Wild Carp mounted foamex print - lightweight, contemporary and available up to 18in x 12in.
The combination of natural subject and stylised finish makes this piece well suited to interiors that favour something slightly different. Ideal for kitchens, studies, or modern living spaces, it works well with neutral palettes while adding texture and quiet visual interest.
Carp are a hardy freshwater species originally native to Europe and Asia, later introduced to waters around the world, including the United States. Known for their adaptability, they thrive in a wide range of conditions and are commonly found in lakes, rivers, and reservoirs such as Lake Mead. Over time, carp have become a familiar presence in many ecosystems, valued in some regions for fishing while also recognised for their impact on aquatic environments through their feeding behaviour.
This image shows several carp beneath the water’s surface, rendered with a stylised, half-drawn effect that blends photographic detail with softer, illustrative elements. Their patterned scales and muted tones are visible through the water, while the composition focuses on their movement and subtle interaction within the shallow setting.
Enjoy a premium photographic print with three paper options, each designed to suit different lighting conditions and artistic preferences:
Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
