The old stone bridge at Invermoriston was designed by Thomas Telford in the early 19th century, crossing the River Moriston as it flows through a narrow, rocky gorge. Built as part of improvements to Highland transport routes, the bridge now stands as a historic landmark, overlooking the fast-moving waters below. The surrounding woodland and rock formations add to the character of this well-known location.
The scene centres on the single-arch bridge spanning the river, with water swirling through the gorge beneath it. Smooth rock surfaces and layered stone frame the flow, while dense greenery surrounds the structure. The composition draws the eye through the arch and along the river, capturing both movement and setting.

Each print is mounted onto black, 3mm Foamex - an ultra-durable, moisture-resistant PVC substrate that remains lightweight yet rigid. Perfect for displaying on an easel or mounting with the included Velcro strips, without the need for framing.

Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your selected paper, providing extra protection against moisture and handling. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.
