Brilliant customer service from the start with an easy website to navigate. Unfortunately when my order arrived the print was damaged, contacted Carol who sent another out for me straight away and kept me updated along the way. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you. - Kim S, Pontefract
Scottish Abbeys panoramic aluminium dibond print - bold, frameless 30" x 10" wall art.
Dundrennan Abbey wall art is well suited to those who appreciate historic ruins and the quiet atmosphere of medieval architecture. The dramatic Gothic arches and historic setting make it a strong piece for living rooms, studies or hallways, particularly in interiors that favour heritage themes or historic British landmarks. A thoughtful choice for anyone drawn to Scotland’s monastic history and atmospheric historic sites.
Dundrennan Abbey lies a few miles inland from the Solway Firth in Dumfries and Galloway and was founded in 1142 as a Cistercian monastery. Established by monks from Rievaulx Abbey in Yorkshire, it became one of the most important religious houses in south-west Scotland during the medieval period. The abbey is also linked to one of Scotland’s most famous historical figures, as Mary, Queen of Scots spent her final night on Scottish soil here in 1568 before sailing across the Solway Firth to England.
In this photograph, the surviving Gothic arches and stone walls of the abbey rise through a soft mist that settles across the surrounding landscape. The cool tones and low light emphasise the age and texture of the weathered masonry, while bare trees and stone boundary walls frame the ruined structure. The composition centres the tall arches of the abbey church, capturing the quiet and slightly haunting atmosphere of this historic monastic site.
Experience gallery-quality wall art with this premium Dibond-mounted print, designed for exceptional sharpness, durability, and a sleek modern finish. Choose from three high-quality paper options:
Each print is mounted onto a sturdy 3mm Dibond base, featuring a slim aluminium panel reinforced by a strong yet lightweight black acrylic backing. This rigid construction ensures long-lasting stability while maintaining a sleek, professional look.
The hidden subframe creates a modern floating effect when hung on the wall. Adjustable wall hangers are pre-attached, allowing for easy installation on any existing hook or screw. These hangers provide up to 10mm of adjustment both vertically and horizontally for effortless positioning.
Supplied without a border unless otherwise specified.
Optional lamination is available in satin or gloss to match your chosen paper, offering additional protection. However, lamination is not recommended for Fine Art Matt paper, as it will obscure its authentic texture.

I'm absolutely made up with the print I received from Real World Art. I went for the Koi Carp image - It's very evocative and they've totally captured the serenity you feel watching Koi. You can almost hear the babbling water! What's more, it's a top quality print, pin-sharp and looks great framed up. Couldn't recommend them any higher.. lovely to deal with.. thank you.
Brilliant! My print is beautiful. I initially ordered the wrong product due to my own error but Carol was so supportive and helpful I cannot recommend her/this company enough.
