ABOUT THE IMAGE
The last rays of sun hitting the Arnish Point Lighthouse, Stornoway. The lighthouse was supposedly built in 1852, but it appears on admiralty records in 1846 - either way it was the Northern Lighthouse Board's first prefabricated tower.
