Red-Eyed Tree Frogs are not venomous, although they don't taste very nice, and are found in tropical lowlands from southern Mexico, down through Central America to northern South America. Growing to about 1.5-2 inches long, these nocturnal carnivores hide in the rain forest canopy and ambush crickets, flies, and moths with their long, sticky tongues.
