Watch Me Draw a Red-Eyed Tree Frog in 4 and a half minutes (7 hours condensed!)

I spent roughly seven hours staring lovingly at a red-eyed tree frog… and then squished the whole thing into a 4½-minute timelapse so you don’t have to grow a beard while watching.

• Made a mistake? Ctrl+Z is your best friend.
• Need the perfect emerald green? Slide the hue until your eyes sing.
• No cat walking across wet paint.

Cons of digital:

• Blending colours sometimes feels like herding cats – the pixels just refuse to mingle nicely.
• You still end up with 73 layers called “frog eye tweak 3 final final v2”.
