Wonderful card that was delivered quickly and exceptional service. Will definitely buy more in the future. - Jonny J., Harrow
English Cathedrals greeting cards - beautifully printed and designed to make an impression.
With its recognisable setting and balanced composition, this image makes a versatile greeting card. It suits a wide range of occasions, particularly for those who appreciate architecture, history, and the character of England’s historic landmarks.
The cloisters of Durham Cathedral in County Durham form part of one of the most significant Norman ecclesiastical buildings in England, founded in 1093. Surrounding a central garth, these covered walkways were traditionally used by monks for study, meditation, and daily movement between different parts of the cathedral complex. Built in the medieval period and later modified, the cloisters reflect both the religious function of the site and the architectural strength that defines Durham Cathedral, home to the Shrine of St Cuthbert.
The view looks across the central lawn toward the surrounding cloister arches, with the cathedral tower rising beyond. Repeating stone arches create a strong sense of rhythm, while soft daylight enhances the texture of the stone and the neatly kept grass within the enclosed space.
These greeting cards feature your chosen photographic design reproduced with clear detail and vibrant colour. Printed on high-quality card stock and carefully finished, they offer a simple and thoughtful way to share your chosen image with friends, family, or colleagues.
