Peacocks aren’t what most people expect to find in the woods of Rhodes, but Seven Springs is full of surprises. These birds roam freely here, adding a flash of blue and green to the otherwise earthy tones. The males, in particular, are unmistakable with their iridescent feathers and showy tails, even when they’re not displaying. They’re a little bit wild and a little bit ornamental, and they’ve become part of the charm of this peaceful spot.
