Wandering through Rhodes Old Town feels like stepping back in time. It's one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Europe, with winding alleys, cobbled streets, and timeworn buildings that whisper tales of knights, merchants, and empires past. While the tourist trail hits the big-name landmarks, some of the best bits are the quieter corners - places where the plaster's peeling, the shutters are crooked, and the charm is effortless. These buildings aren't showy, but they've stood through wars, sieges and sunshine, and they've earned their place.
