Bulverhythe Beach in Hastings forms part of the Sussex coastline where shingle shores meet the open English Channel. This stretch of coast has long been shaped by natural forces and human intervention, with wooden groynes installed to help manage erosion and stabilise the beach. These structures, weathered by years of exposure to salt and tide, are a familiar feature along the shoreline, reflecting the ongoing balance between land and sea.
A line of wooden groyne posts leads out from the pebble beach into the water, drawing the eye toward the horizon. Gentle waves break along the shore, while soft daylight and scattered cloud bring out the textures of wood, shingle, and sea.

Absolutely wonderful photo! I bought it for my grandson but my daughter loved it so much that we decided it would be a waste to put it on his bedroom wall.
