Excellent print quality, quick arrival. - Colin G, Worksop
North Yorkshire art prints - professionally printed and available up to 30in x 20in.
Tall arched windows and open stonework create a strong and structured focal point suited to heritage or modern interiors. Ideal for living rooms, studies, or feature spaces, it pairs well with neutral tones and natural textures, adding depth and architectural interest.
Egglestone Abbey is located in North Yorkshire, just south-east of Barnard Castle. The Abbey was founded some time between 1168 and 1198 and it's founders - the Premonstratensians - wore a white habit and became known as the White Canons. It suffered at the hands of Scottish invaders and the rowdy English army who were billeted there in 1346 on their way to the Battle of Neville's Cross outside Durham and was dissolved by King Henry VIII in 1540, with the lands granted to Robert Strelly in 1548, who converted some of the buildings into a great private house that was abandoned in the mid-19th century.
The view focuses on a section of the abbey with tall arched windows, their shapes clearly defined against the sky. The foreground grass leads into the structure, while darker cloud tones add contrast and depth. The composition highlights both the architectural detail and the openness of the setting.

I'm absolutely made up with the print I received from Real World Art. I went for the Koi Carp image - It's very evocative and they've totally captured the serenity you feel watching Koi. You can almost hear the babbling water! What's more, it's a top quality print, pin-sharp and looks great framed up. Couldn't recommend them any higher.. lovely to deal with.. thank you.
