Port Logan is a small harbour village on the Rhins of Galloway in south-west Scotland, overlooking the Irish Sea. The settlement developed around a natural sheltered bay and became known in the 19th century as a modest fishing port. Today it remains a quiet coastal village, with its curved harbour and surrounding shoreline reflecting the slower pace of life along this less-visited stretch of the Scottish coast.
