Cauldron Falls, also known as West Burton Falls, lies on Walden Beck just a short walk from the centre of West Burton village near Leyburn in North Yorkshire. The name “Cauldron” reflects the churning pool beneath the waterfall, where water gathers before continuing downstream.
Water flows steadily over a broad rock ledge into the pool below, framed by moss-covered stones and dense greenery.
