Absolutely wonderful photo! I bought it for my grandson but my daughter loved it so much that we decided it would be a waste to put it on his bedroom wall. The quality and detail demands a place where everyone can see it. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for the quick delivery too! - Janet T., Sheffield
Illustrated Birds framed poster - cleanly presented and available up to 36in x 24in.
The combination of intricate feather detail and a tranquil coastal backdrop makes this illustration particularly well suited to wall art. Warm earthy tones contrast beautifully with the soft blues of the sea, creating a balanced focal point for living rooms, bedrooms, home offices, or coastal-inspired interiors. Its clean, contemporary style celebrates the understated beauty of Britain's shoreline wildlife.
The ruddy turnstone (Arenaria interpres) is a small, robust wading bird found along rocky coastlines, beaches, and estuaries throughout the UK, particularly during migration and winter. Its name comes from its habit of flipping over stones, shells, and seaweed with its short, sturdy bill in search of insects, crustaceans, and other small invertebrates. In its non-breeding plumage, it displays beautifully patterned brown upperparts, a white underside, and distinctive bright orange legs.
This original digital illustration depicts a ruddy turnstone standing on a smooth coastal rock beside calm sea water. Created using clean, contemporary shapes, layered colour, and finely detailed feather work, the artwork showcases the bird's beautifully patterned plumage and vivid orange legs while placing it within a simplified shoreline setting that reflects the peaceful character of Britain's rocky coasts.
This framed poster offers a simple and contemporary way to display your chosen image. Professionally printed and presented within a lightweight wooden frame, it provides a clean, ready-to-hang option suitable for a wide range of interiors.
Your image is printed on 170gsm semi-gloss poster paper, producing clear detail and balanced colour with a subtle sheen. The semi-gloss surface enhances vibrancy while reducing excessive glare, allowing the artwork to remain visible in a variety of lighting conditions. All paper used is FSC-certified or equivalent, supporting responsibly sourced materials.
The poster is fitted within a solid pine wood frame with a slim, modern profile that complements both contemporary and classic styles. Frames are available in black, white, natural wood, or dark brown, with either a smooth or natural grain finish depending on the colour selected.
Each frame is fitted with shatter-resistant plexiglass, a lightweight alternative to traditional glass that offers clear viewing while helping to protect the artwork from everyday handling. The smooth surface is easy to clean and helps maintain the appearance of the print over time.
Supplied with a hanging kit and ready to hang on arrival, this ruddy turnstone coastal illustration framed poster print provides a straightforward way to add framed artwork to your home or workspace.
