Summer Isles canvas wall art - gallery wrapped and available up to 30in x 20in.
Rhue Lighthouse set against a rugged Highland backdrop creates a calm and understated coastal scene. The small structure stands quietly on the shoreline beneath the rising hillside, giving the image a strong sense of scale and isolation. Well suited to living rooms, bedrooms or contemporary interiors, this piece offers a subtle and atmospheric coastal focal point.
Rhue Lighthouse, situated on a rugged point near Ullapool in Scotland, has been guiding ships through the waters of Loch Broom since 1912.
Unlike many lighthouses, this one is unmanned, with its light automatically operated.
The area around Rhue is rich in history and folklore, with tales of shipwrecks and smugglers adding an air of mystery to the coastal landscape.
The lighthouse offers stunning views across the Minch to the Summer Isles, with dramatic sunsets and wild seas creating ever-changing scenes.
Moody greens and blues set the tone for this atmospheric view of Rhue Lighthouse, where the rocky shore meets the sea.
In the background, the base of Beannean Beaga mountain adds a dramatic touch to the scene. This striking image captures the raw beauty of Scotland's coastline, offering a glimpse into a world shaped by nature and history.
This stretched canvas print offers a contemporary and gallery-style way to display your chosen image. Professionally produced and carefully hand finished, it combines modern print technology with traditional framing craftsmanship to create wall art designed for long-lasting colour and presence.
Your image is printed using UVgel print technology, producing vibrant colour, excellent detail and strong resistance to fading. The professional lab printing process carries a 100+ year colour guarantee, ensuring the artwork remains clear and rich for decades.
Each canvas is stretched over a solid wooden frame made from European kiln-dried knotless pine. The stretcher bars are milled with a curved profile that minimises contact with the canvas surface, helping to prevent impression marks and allowing the artwork to remain smooth and evenly tensioned.
The frame features finger-jointed corners to maintain structural strength and resist warping over time. For larger sizes, discreet tensioning wedges are added to the corners, allowing the canvas to remain taut and making future adjustment possible if required.
Every canvas is hand finished by experienced framers, ensuring clean folds and precise stretching on each corner. The 38mm deep frame gives the artwork a strong wall presence, while a choice of black, white or image wrap edges allows the final presentation to suit your space.
Stretched canvases are designed to hang directly from the wooden stretcher frame, allowing the artwork to sit flush against the wall for a clean, gallery-style finish. Simply place a nail or screw into the wall and rest the frame over it. For larger canvases, two fixings positioned either side of the centre stretcher bar provide additional stability.

Absolutely wonderful photo! I bought it for my grandson but my daughter loved it so much that we decided it would be a waste to put it on his bedroom wall. The quality and detail demands a place where everyone can see it. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for the quick delivery too!
Today I had the pleasure of picking up a framed and mounted print of 'Dandelion Clock' its absolutely stunning. The clarity is just crazy!! Now to decide where to put it!! Really beautiful work.
