I'm Carol, a photographer based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Real World Art isn't a stock library or some faceless agency - it's just me, my camera, and a slightly overdeveloped urge to remove lamp posts, bins, and the odd tourist from otherwise beautiful scenes. I have a soft spot for history, landscapes, and the kind of places where you can almost forget the modern world exists.
Here you'll find my photography (what I like to call my 'art' photography) alongside my digital and conventional artwork, which lives in the Unreal World section.
Most of my images are of the natural world because I think nature already knows how to make the best art - I just try to capture it before the light changes or a seagull decides to photobomb.
When you order a print, it isn't just churned out by any old printer. I work with professional photo labs I've chosen carefully, so the results are vibrant, true to the original colours, and built to last for years without fading.
