Will my print look exactly like the image on the website?
Please bear in mind that due to different monitor settings, resolutions and computer configurations, plus the limited spectrum of colours that a monitor can display, the colours and/or brightness of your print may be slightly different from the image seen on the screen. However in this instance what you get will always be more vibrant and detailed than what can be shown on the website.
Depending on which size print you choose the image may also have to be cropped slightly - however if this is the case you will be sent a proof of the image showing the crop and have the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund if you are not happy.
How long does it take to print my order?
All prints and canvases are manufactured 'on demand'. Print Only orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of your order, mounted and Dibond prints within 3-4 business and canvases and framed prints within 6-8 business days. For Print Only orders made before 12 noon Monday - Thursday (GMT, excluding holidays) it is possible that your order will be shipped the same or following day.
Do you ship outside of Mainland UK?
Yes. Shipping is charged at cost and therefore depends on the size, weight and destination of the package. If you would like to know the shipping cost for your address go to the image page, choose the size and type of print required and then complete the 'Request Price' form.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been printed and despatched please allow the following timescales for delivery to your chosen address:
Art Prints, Mounted Prints & Dibond Mounted Prints
Mainland UK - 1-2 working days
Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands inc. Isle of Wight & Isle of Man - 2-3 working days
EU Zone 1 - 2-3 working days
EU Zone 2 - 3-5 working days
USA & Canada - 7-10 working days
Please allow 2-6 working days depending on area
Please allow up to 14 days for production and delivery.
The print is a gift - can I have it sent direct to the recipient?
Prints are shipped without any paper invoices so you can opt to have the print delivered to any address - simply add a note to your Paypal payment or send your delivery instructions to email@example.com. Please note that the destination address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. The shipping charge will be calculated on the destination address.
How will my prints and mounted prints be packaged?
Any photo print smaller than 20” will be sent flat in a cardboard envelope or box with protective rigid packaging. All photo prints larger than and including 20” prints will be sent in purpose made print tubes dependant on the size and quantity of the prints ordered. Mounted, Dibond Mounted and Canvas prints are packaged in bespoke size corrugated cardboard boxes with protective corners and individual wrapping to ensure they arrive safely.
3 Canvas Sets: Please note that to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition 3 canvas sets may be packaged, shipped and delivered as separate canvases.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships, I will send an email confirmation including tracking details to the mail address that you provided when you placed your order.
What happens if my print doesn't arrive?
Please allow the delivery times shown above for your print to arrive. If you have not received your print after this time please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and I will investigate. If the parcel has been confirmed lost with the couriers a replacement will be re-printed and dispatched free of charge.
What happens if there's a production fault with my print / it is damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in perfect condition then please notify me within 48 hours of receipt so I can contact the couriers/photo lab to investigate the issue. Please notify me by emailing email@example.com quoting your ORDER ID which can be found in your confirmation email. You should also attach a couple of images of the damaged products and / or packaging. Depending on the circumstances you will either receive a replacement or a full refund of the price paid.

What is your cancellation / return policy if I change my mind?
Due to the bespoke nature of my products, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 do not apply so I respectfully ask all customers to choose their images with care and consideration. Every item sold is made upon order to your specific requirements and a refund is not automatically given if you change your mind.
You may cancel your order at any time up until it is in production and receive a full refund. The status of your order can be checked at any time via your online order confirmation link, which is sent to your email address.

I want to download or license an image that I found on this site. How do I do that?
Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org giving the code number of the image and how the image is to be used and I will get back to you with details of licensing terms and costs.
