Do you ship outside of Mainland UK?
Yes. Shipping is charged at cost and therefore depends on the size, weight and destination of the package. If you would like to know the shipping cost for your address go to the image page, choose the size and type of print required and then complete the 'Request Price' form.
The print is a gift - can I have it sent direct to the recipient?
Prints are shipped without any paper invoices so you can opt to have the print delivered to any address - simply add a note to your Paypal payment or send your delivery instructions to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the destination address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. The shipping charge will be calculated on the destination address.
When will my print order be shipped?
All prints are manufactured 'on demand' and usually shipped within 2-3 business days of your order. If you order before 12 noon Monday - Thursday (GMT, excluding holidays) it is possible that your order will be shipped the following day.
How will my prints and mounted prints be packaged?
Any photo print smaller than 20” will be sent flat in a cardboard envelope or box with protective rigid packaging. All photo prints larger than and including 20” prints will be sent in purpose made print tubes dependant on the size and quantity of the prints ordered. Mounted prints are packaged in bespoke size corrugated cardboard boxes with protective corners and individual wrapping to ensure they arrive safely.
What do you use for your packaging?
Packaging cartons are made from a minimum of 75% recycled material and are fully recyclable.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships, I will send an email confirmation including tracking details to the mail address that you provided when you placed your order.
What happens if my print doesn't arrive?
If after 3 working days from despatch your order doesn’t arrive please get in touch (10 days for deliveries outside the UK). If the parcel has been confirmed lost with the couriers a replacement will be re-printed and dispatched free of charge.
What happens if my print is damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that your photo prints do get damaged then please notify us within 2 working days of receipt so I can investigate the issue and contact the couriers. Please notify me by emailing email@example.com quoting your ORDER ID which can be found in your confirmation email. You should also attach a couple of images of the damaged products and / or packaging and I will respond with a resolution.
What is your cancellation / return policy?
If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on realworldart.co.uk you can return it within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, you will be issued a full refund of the print price. Please note that outgoing and return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defect in quality. Shipping to the UK, Scottish Islands and Highlands,
I want to download or license an image that I found on this site. How do I do that?
Please use the form on the Contact page to send your request giving the code number of the image and how the image is to be used and I will get back to you with details of licensing terms and costs.
